The Town of Blythewood is recruiting to fill the position of Town Administrator

The Town of Blythewood is recruiting to fill the position of Town Administrator. Our current Administrator is retiring in March 2018. The Town is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in SC and has eleven full-time employees and an operating budget of approximately $2,500,000. The Town provides building inspections, public works, and planning and zoning services but does not have  a police department or fire department nor does it provide water and sewer services. The Town operates an on-site meeting and conference center as an enterprise fund and has a popular 25 acre public park as part of the Town Hall complex. Qualifications: at least 5 years experience in municipal management at department head level or higher; MPA desired, but not required.

 The anticipated salary range for the position is $65,000 to 75,000. The Town is a member of the SC retirement system and provides health insurance coverage through PEBA.
